Shalom, Dear Friend,

What a thrill it is to announce the premier airing of our new television series — Israel: By Divine Right!

The series begins airing on cable networks this month. Watch for it … and pray for the Holy Spirit to use its message to teach and assure Christians of God’s plan for Israel in these “end times.” Pray also that Israel: By Divine Right will be used as an affirmation to Messianic Jews and a witness to Jews who don’t yet know Messiah Yeshua.

I’m anxious to hear how God will use the series to minister to your life. Viewing every program and studying the materials we provide will make you a more responsible believer. You’ll know exactly what’s happening in the land God regards as the center of the earth. Knowing Israel gives the road map for our ultimate trip to the Kingdom and beyond. It’s interesting that during his last forty days with his disciples, Jesus did not teach as much about Godly living as about the Kingdom that was to come.

In this series, Israel: By Divine Right, Dr. Tom McCall and I review God’s dealings with Israel and share insight into what is happening, right now! I know you’ll enjoy the beautiful photography, outstanding music, map overlays and graphics. Let me whet your appetite with a summary of the eight programs:

  1. “To Your People, Forever” — Dr. McCall and I introduce the series by discussing Abraham and God’s everlasting covenant. We taped this segment at Mt. Gerizim overlooking old Shechem and talked with a Rabbi about land grants and covenants.
  2. Isaac, A Favorite Son — We answer several questions such as: Who are the Arabs … the Palestinians? Where did they come from? This segment was filmed inside a Bedouin tent near the Dead Sea.
  3. “Jacob Have I Loved” — This program was filmed at Bethel. The subject is the familiar account of Jacob’s encounter with the angel as recorded in Genesis 28:11–22 and 35:9–14. Ambassador Moshe Erell discusses Israel’s historic “right to the land.”
  4. Exodus: Then and Now — From a rooftop in Jerusalem, Dr. McCall and I review Passover and discuss how God reminded the children of Israel of the Land Covenant. You’ll see the ship, “Exodus III” arrive in Haifa harbor from Odessa. We talk with Russian and Ethiopian immigrants who have “come home” to their land.
  5. The Battle For Jericho — This program deals with the time in history when the Children of Israel entered the “promised land” — Deut. 1:8, 3:27–28, and 9:3–5. This program was filmed in Jericho. In an interview, Jeane Kirkpatrick, former United Nations Ambassador, expresses admiration for Israel’s ability to protect itself.
  6. “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem” — From the Mount of Olives and the Temple mount, we review Scriptures that show Jerusalem’s importance to the Lord while He was on earth and when He returns in triumph. We discuss the future temple and the preparations being made for it.
  7. A Nation: Born In A Day — The history of the State of Israel is presented showing how God has intervened in major wars, expanded borders and made the desert bloom. From Independence Hall, we talk about great Jewish leaders. We interview Benjamin Begin of the Likud party and Abraham Berg of the Labor Party.
  8. The Regathering — What is Zionism and why should Christians support Israel? Where should Palestinians live, if not on the West Bank? What is Israel’s future? We speak to these questions in a final program taped in a West Bank settlement. Included are interviews with several Palestinians living on the West Bank and Jan van der Hoeven, Director of the Christian Embassy.

I hope you’re as excited as I am! Tell your loved ones and friends about Israel: By Divine Right. Encourage them to watch. Give them the time and channel for “Zola Levitt Presents” and keep this letter near your television set as a reminder. To supplement what the series teaches, I encourage you to purchase one or more copies of the book, Israel’s Right to the Land. Use the enclosed card to order and consider sharing copies with others.

Producing this eight-part television special was a major financial commitment on my part. The cost of travel and our extended stay in Israel was heavy! I was compelled to commit to this project because these are “last days.” Deception is rampant in this world, our society and, sadly, even in the church.

Your generous gift will enable us to erase the remaining production costs of Israel: By Divine Right. It’s faith building to anticipate how God will multiply the influence of your financial support! He will reveal this in heaven. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you this month.

As I write this letter, the election is just ahead. It’s important that you vote November 3. God’s agenda is above any election or political system. Yet, God established government for our own good, and it’s a part of our daily life. I can’t recommend a particular candidate, but encourage you to vote for the candidates who give the most promise for promoting God’s will. To me, a candidate’s position toward Israel is vital to any selection.
